  3. Prepare 45 grams of pitted dates.
  4. Prepare 5 tbsp of coconut milk.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor / blender and whizz together until it forms a thick paste.
  2. Knead into a large ball then split into quarters. You should be able to form 3 or 4 hand rolled balls per quarter to end up with 12 – 16 small balls.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Store in a lidded container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
