Meat free pizza lasagne step by step
- Preheat the oven / convection oven to 200°C.
- Prepare the soup (the thicker the better).
- Toast the bread, roll out into thin slices. Cut into strips.
- Coat bread with soup and add cheese – I prefer muture cheddar..
- Roll up the bread and place into oven safe bowl and cover with more cheese and soup..
- Sprinkle with parsley and or basil. Bake in the oven until golden brown and the cheese melted..
